The personal information we collect depends on your interaction with us. It may include:

- your organisation, employment and professional details;

We usually collect personal information directly from you, but may also collect it from your employer or nominating organisation, other standards development participants, service providers, publicly available sources, or another person who interacts with us on your behalf, where it is lawful and reasonable for us to do so.

We collect your personal information where it is reasonably necessary for our operations and activities, and related ctivities, committees, consultations, events and training;

- facilitate standards development;
- manage stakeholder engagement and improve our services and digital platforms; and

If you do not provide it
You do not have to provide personal information to us unless it is required or authorised by law. However, if you do not provide information we reasonably request, we may not be able to provide products, services or support, process transactions, manage your account, facilitate your participation in standards development activities, or respond to your request.

- service providers that help us deliver our products, services and digital platforms;
- committee members, nominating organisations and other participants involved in standards development activities;
