Establish a process for Committees to assess the Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for a project, and assess those present within a Committee. Initiatives merged due to overlap of needs.  Challenges with understanding and defining skills for multiple sectors/projects without having expertise.  Proposed deliverable for a framework to seek assistance from experts on skills requirements. Pilot a process for Standards Australia to specify the skills, knowledge and experience required of a Nominating Organisation’s representative. Q3
Develop a structure to record the basis for committee decisions and provide access to Nominating Organisations. Planning stage Q4
