Implement a structure to record the basis for committee decisions and provide access to Nominating Organisations.

All templates created. SD community has been advised and trained on the new process. Communication sent to committee members.

Pilot of a hybrid process of development of Interim Standards, whilst progressing to a full consensus document throughout the process.

Procedure has been drafted. Challenges in identifying Committees for Pilot – little interest from stakeholders has made it difficult to ascertain whether a worthwhile pursuit.

Public Comment platform allowing comments directly on the draft.

Provide a framework to notify individual contributors of the outcomes from their Public Comment submissions.

A new Public Comment platform (PCMS) has been developed enabling commenting within the draft and providing feedback to members of the public on the outcome of their feedback.

Various pilots will be coordinated through the Innovation Incubator. Ongoing engagement with committees to identify opportunities to manage their projects through the Incubator.

Parallel Adoptions to be piloted – first project pilot approved by SA’s PMG in January 2021. Manual process to date, with automation and broad roll out in FY22 program.

Development of Online Proposals platform underway. Delivery of MVP delayed due to dependency on Identity Authentication Management Project (single sign-on). Ongoing enhancements to Connect with new balloting module released, amongst other improvements.

Performance dashboards and metrics built, dependency to surface data to Nom Orgs, has a dependency within the Connect Workspace project.

A Systematic Review process to be implemented with appropriate automated workflows supporting Technical Committee outcomes and proposal development. (i.e. questions around scope, what needs to change if/when committee decides a Revision is needed)

Skills matrix framework to guide and inform Standards Australia, Technical Committees and Nominating Organisations on skills, knowledge and experience requirements for projects.

Change in scope as 'Diversity' metric was added into the committee make up.

Further work is underway to define what the metrics will be, and what the targets should be for committees.

Diversity Action Plan underway to collect data on experts.
