Standards Australia's response and actions


Following on from the stakeholder consultation period, at its meeting on 04 May 2023, the Standards Development & Accreditation Committee (SDAC) endorsed the proposed changes in the Standardisation Guides as described in this paper.

It was agreed the changes would take effect on 15 June 2023 to allow for any outstanding or substantive stakeholder concerns to be addressed.

The paper is available here for stakeholders to review, with additional webinars scheduled to discuss how the feedback has been incorporated into Standards Australia's package of changes.

The webinars will be held remotely on the dates below:

  • Tuesday 23 May 9.30am-10.30am
  • Wednesday 31 May 3.00pm-4.00pm
  • Monday 5 June 11.00am-12.00pm
  • Wednesday 14 June 11.00am-12.00pm
